We're a majority Irish-owned company with premium, Irish-style breakfast products. Our Southern-raised pigs are humanely slaughtered, chilled overnight, and processed and frozen the next day for maximum freshness. Our meat is never frozen prior to processing, and we use the minimum of chemical additives and the right amount of fat. Just like you'd get if you had an Irish butcher on your street. Our products are absolutely traditional, reverse-engineered from actual Irish brands and they have been voted superior to the real thing imported from Ireland by an independent panel of expert tasters from the Irish pub industry.
